Need occasional housesittng and staying with our 16 year old

We are parents to five children with our 16-year-old baby being the last child at home. We occasionally travel and need someone to stay with her and our 3 elderly dogs. We do need someone staying the night. We trust our daughter implicitly but know that teenagers have friends who don't make the best choices. We are looking for someone to help us out periodically.
